SHIPPING METHODS
The cost of Standard shipping is € 15, the cost of Express shipping is € 20.

Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by UPS courier.
TUBO S.R.L. does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Packages contain the purchase receipt and the order summary.

DELIVERY TIMES
AVAILABLE ARTICLES:

Items already in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of order.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-Order items are shipped as soon as they are in stock.
Payment is made at the time of order, although merchandise will ship later in the season.

We would like to remind new customers that TUBO S.R.L. can ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even contacting the other bank. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

Estimated delivery time from the date of shipment:

Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days for major destinations / 3-5 business days for remote destinations
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

TUBO S.R.L. is not responsible for possible delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure causes out of TUBO S.R.L.’s control.

Attention, in Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not make shipments:

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from TUBO S.R.L. with the tracking number. You can track your shipment by connecting to the tracking section of the UPS Courier and entering your tracking number.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by TUBO S.R.L..

ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery of the shipment.

If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery was accepted with a signature not recognized or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact TUBO S.R.L. at info@tubofashionstock.com.

If a reception or porter’s lodge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.
If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated in the delivery note is missing, the package must be kept for further checks.

Any dispute concerning damage, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by TUBO S.R.L. within a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery resulting on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with TUBO S.R.L. and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE
TUBO S.R.L. shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity: please check the integrity of the package before accepting it.
