If items received should be damaged, if unworn they can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.

If the items received should be the wrong size or do not fit, if unworn they may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
The security seal and label on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Return Instructions

To request authorization to return goods, please send an email to, quoting your account details or email address and order number. Once the procedure has been completed TUBO S.R.L. will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
The return shipment in case of damaged goods will be FREE if carried out by the courier appointed by TUBO S.R.L..
If the return is sent back using a different courier, all the costs will be charged to the customer.
The return shipment in case the item does not fit or is the wrong size will be charged to the customer.
The return shipment to be borne by the customer must be insured, in case of non-receipt of the goods the responsibility and the customer who made the shipment.
The return shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Compensation by refund is available:

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses TUBO S.R.L. and the items will be verified.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.


The security seal and label on the items you are returning must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
All shoes and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.
If the receipt has been requested/included, it must be returned to make the return.
Returns must be shipped inside the original box with adhesive closure on the lid. In the absence of our box, other appropriate packaging may be used to ship the items.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if there are errors in the shipments from TUBO S.R.L., the customer is invited to contact immediately. TUBO S.R.L. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
TUBO S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept returns sent by couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for TUBO S.R.L. or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
TUBO S.R.L. also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those which do not comply with all the conditions laid down.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
The eventual acceptance of such returns however involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
